START is Air Liquide's international recruitment program for top-level graduates. The Group aims at attracting talented people to build its Management Teams in countries where its technology and business fields are growing in the coming years. Over 120 STARTers have joined the program since 2001.

START is a 3-step program that is designed to:

• Prepare our best new talents for accelerated advancement in Air Liquide,
• Challenge you to quickly adapt to a different culture, learn the business and generate results,
• Give you the opportunity to create your international network.

STARTers are talents who are developed through an international mobility program to actively contribute to the development of their Air Liqudie Home Country business.
